WHEN SHOULD I TAKE MY SENIOR PHOTOS?
Such a great question! The best time to schedule your senior photos is during the summer before or early in the fall of your senior year. That way, we’ll have plenty of time to plan, shoot, and deliver everything you need—without the stress of deadlines creeping in. If spring works better for you, make sure to book no later than April to allow time for editing and product turnaround before graduation. Spring always fills up fast, so the earlier you book, the better. If you’re able to book in the fall, that’s hands-down my top recommendation!

This part is totally customized to you! I provide each of my seniors with a personalized location guide featuring some of the most stunning and versatile spots around Orange County. Grouped by aesthetic and travel time, we’ll walk through your favorite options together and choose the perfect backdrops that match your vibe and vision.

I’ve got you! After you book, you’ll receive the JMP Style Guide—a curated guide full of tips to help you feel confident and camera-ready. You’ll learn what photographs best, how to create variety across your outfits, and which small details can make a big impact. You’ll feel totally prepped before you even step in front of the camera.
THIS IS MY FIRST TIME TAKING PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS. WHAT IF I’M NERVOUS?
Totally normal! Most of the seniors I work with have never done a professional shoot before, and you don’t need any experience to have amazing photos. I’ll walk you through everything—posing, where to look, what to do with your hands—and we’ll keep the vibe relaxed and fun. You just focus on feeling your best, and I’ll take care of the rest.
